Valerie Jean Foushee is an American politician serving since 2023 as the U.S. representative for North Carolina's 4th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, she served in the North Carolina House of Representatives for the 50th district in 2012 and was appointed to represent the 23rd senatorial district in 2013.
